We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe (cards). Payment must be successfully authorized and completed before an order is confirmed. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, cutoff time, processing time, and flat-rate fees are described on our Shipping Information page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or external factors.

7) Returns & Refunds

8) Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).

9) Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions:

  • Must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.

  • May have limits (expiration dates, usage limits, exclusions) and can be modified or ended at any time.
