We currently ship to eligible addresses where carriers can deliver. If your address cannot be served, checkout may not be available.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order:

3) Sales Tax

We charge 0% sales tax on orders placed through our store.

4) Order Cutoff Time

Daily cutoff: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.

5) Processing Time (Preparation Time)

Processing time is the period we use to confirm your order, prepare it, and hand it off to the carrier.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

6) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Shipping time is the period the carrier takes to deliver your package after it ships.

7) Total Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is the combination of processing time + shipping time:

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email (when available). Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scanning events and may take time to appear.
