We respect intellectual property rights and expect everyone using our website to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice (takedown request) and how to submit a counter-notification if you believe content was removed by mistake, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1) Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to content that appears on our website, including (when applicable):
-
Product pages and listings (titles, descriptions, images)
-
Site images, graphics, banners, and uploaded customer content (if any)
-
Blog posts or other public content
-
Any other material displayed on our domain that is hosted or controlled by us
If the content is hosted by a third-party platform or service, you may also need to contact that provider.
2) Before You Submit a Notice
DMCA notices are for copyright issues (original photos, artwork, text, graphics). If your complaint is about:
-
Trademarks (logos, brand names), or
-
Counterfeit goods / brand impersonation, or
-
Defamation / personal rights
you can still contact us, but the DMCA process may not be the correct route. For fastest handling, specify whether your issue is copyright or trademark.
Also note: fair use, licensed use, and public domain content can be legally used in some circumstances. If you are not sure, consider seeking legal advice.
3) How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Takedown Request)
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice with all required elements below. Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.
Your notice must include:
-
Your contact information
Full name, company (if any), email, phone number, and mailing address. -
Identify the copyrighted work
Describe the original work you own (or represent). If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list. -
Identify the allegedly infringing material
Provide the exact URL(s) on our site and enough detail so we can locate the material quickly. -
Good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law. -
Accuracy & authority statement (under penalty of perjury)
A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. -
Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.

4) What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we generally take the following steps:
-
Review the request for completeness and clarity
-
Disable access or remove the allegedly infringing material where appropriate
-
Notify the party responsible for the content (if applicable)
We may also request additional details if the URLs are unclear or if we cannot locate the content.
Processing time: We aim to review DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, but timing can vary depending on the complexity of the request and the volume of submissions.
5) Handling Product Listings & Repeat Reports
If your claim relates to a product listing:
-
We may temporarily disable the listing while reviewing the claim.
-
If confirmed, we may permanently remove the listing, related images, or descriptions.
If we receive multiple valid notices concerning the same party (when identifiable), we may take additional actions including restricting access to the site or blocking future orders associated with repeat abuse or infringement behavior.
6) Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed by Mistake)
If you believe material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
-
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
-
Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal (URL).
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
-
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or an appropriate U.S. district if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notifications to:

Mailing Address: 945 Shasta Street, Suite 100, Yuba City, CA 95991
Phone: +1 (530) 799-8893
7) What Happens After a Counter-Notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file legal action to keep the content removed, we may restore access to the content as permitted under the DMCA process.
8) Misuse, False Claims, and Abuse
Submitting false or misleading claims (or counter-claims) can have legal consequences. We may reject requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or made in bad faith.
